Accommodation in Cannes
One of the main reasons students choose to study in Cannes is because of the Campus style college residence. There is a wonderful campus atmosphere with good facilities and it is just a stone's throw from the beach.

Campus accommodation:
Single or shared rooms, corridor bathrooms and wcs, with on site dining room, car parking, cafe, sun patio, gym, sports court, private courtyard and infrimary. Rooms can be booked on a half-board (breakfast and lunch) or full- board basis.
Please book EARLY for Summer sessions to avoid disappointment.

Shower and toilets are on each floor, each room is equipped with a washbasin and all necessary furniture (desk, chairs, cupboard…)
Bed linen (sheets, blankets) are provided by the college; the sheets are changed every 10 days

Curfew is applied only to students under 18 years of age
Students must bring their own bath towels and personal toiletries
The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis by the cleaning team of the college (but students are expected to keep their room in a tidy condition

French hosts / Private households:
Stay with local hosts on a single room, B&B basis.
Located in and around Cannes.
Organized by the school accommodation staff with local families, many of whom have been receiving students for many years. Breakfast included with the option to join the other students for meals on campus (allow approx 11.00€ for a main meal). There is also a bar with catering service on campus (Foyer-Bar).
Walking distance from the campus, between 10 and 35 minutes (public transportation nearby)

The studio apartments normall cater for 1 or 2 people and are equipped with the necessary furniture (bed, table, chairs, cupboards) shower, toilets, kitchenette. They are ususally walking distance from the campus, between 10 and 35 minutes (public transportation nearby)
The exact price is fixed by the owner, it includes water, electricity, heating, bed linen.
Costs will rise significantly during the Film Festival and Summer months.

Travel
Arrive: Sunday PM
Depart: Saturday AM
Travel to Nice by plane and then the bus to Cannes, from the airport or take the college transfer (offered on main start dates only, paid for in Euros once in France), or by Eurostar via Lille, and on to Cannes.
Arrival Transfer offered : Nice Airport collection
Between 10:30am and 8:30pm students may be picked up at the Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport by a representant of the Collège. This service is guaranteed only on regular arrival Sundays. CESA will need to know your travel details no later than 10 days beforeyour arrival or no transfer can be guaranteed.
Return Transfer arrangements : Nice Airport drop off
If you want a return transfer to the airport you will need to arrange this once in Cannes, direct at the French language school in the first week of your stay. A transfer can be organized on the Saturday at the end of each session at 8:00am, at 10:00 or at 12h00noon. If your plane is leaving too early for these transfer the school staff can reserve you a taxi, allow approx 100 € before 7:00am or 85 € after 7am. Quite a few students will arrange to share a taxi with French school friends to keep the cost down.
