Greek Language School
The Greek language school in Athens is housed in a modern building situated in the heart of the city of Athens close to the famous national archaeological museum. You can learn Greek in Athens, just a few metres from “Pedio tou Areos” park, 200 metres from the Underground station and the Greek school is within easy reach by bus and trolleybus.
The area is considered to be one of the finest residential areas and is also next to the student area of “Exarheia” and near the marketplace. There are hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafeterias within easy reach of the Greek language school. The most popular places in Athens; such as Plaka, Psiri, Theisio and Kolonaki are only a short walk away.
The Greek language school has good facilities to help you learn Greek: air-conditioned classrooms, fully equipped with audio-visual aids as well as two computer labs with Internet access, a library (with further computers for student use) and a cafeteria. Internet access is free to all students at the school. The Greek teachers are all native speakers of Greek, with University degrees, who specialise in teaching Greek as a second language. The building is shared with a college that teaches Greek students, so there are also opportunities to get to know adult Greek students, whilst studying the Greek language.

Social Activities in Athens
All students are encouraged to make the most of their time in Athens by participating in the guided excursions and social activities offered by the Greek Languages School. Students are advised of School arranged activities on the first day of their Greek Language course.
