Students in Quito generally stay with local hosts, although alternative options are available for those who prefer a more independent life style.
Private households: Stay with local hosts in single room accommodation on either a half-board or full-board basis (most students take full-board as lunch is traditionally the main meal of the day). This is a great way to meet local people and to practise your Spanish out of class! Anticipate a walk of 10/15 minutes to college each day.
Small Hostel: Single room, B&B offered. A basically furnished hostel, in central Quito, just 20 minutes by public transport to the college.
Hotel: Single room, B&B offered. Well furnished with nice, en suite rooms (cable TV & phone) and a good central location, just 10 mins walk from the college.

We recommend students fly to Quito Airport. There are daily flights from the UK to Ecuador. Students are then welcome to take the transfer service offered by the Spanish Language School or they can take a taxi to their accommodation.
